Osmo is headquartered in New York, NY, with a new facility in New Jersey, and offices in Somerville, MA.

Osmo is seeking a Project Manager to join Generation by Osmo — the first AI-native fragrance house. In this role, you will lead our B2B client projects from fragrance design through to the delivery of bulk oil or turnkey products, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution. You’ll play a central role in client collaboration, fostering strong, long-term partnerships. We’re looking for a highly organized, client-focused professional who excels at managing complex, technical workflows and is driven to deliver high-quality results on time. This role sits at the intersection of perfumery, sales, marketing, machine learning, and operations — offering a unique opportunity to collaborate across disciplines and shape the future of AI-powered fragrance creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Delivery: Take ownership of multiple client projects, from setting strategic roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives to proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Optimize Internal Operations: Be the operational backbone, ensuring seamless execution by removing bottlenecks, centralizing communications, and aligning cross-functional teams. You'll collaboratively establish and ensure delivery on technical milestones and timelines.
  • Cultivate Client Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building trust and long-term partnerships. You'll gain a deep understanding of their business to consistently deliver value and ensure clear alignment on Osmo's capabilities and project timelines.
  • Drive Client Success & Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous alignment with client goals. You'll provide regular, transparent progress reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Business Development: Collaborate with the Sales team in scoping, budgeting, and contracting new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of client-facing technical project management experience within a technology company and/or in a technical capacity.
  • Proven success in managing complex projects and client relationships, with a strong focus on delivery and measurable results.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate technical and business requirements into cohesive project plans, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong internal communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to align cross-functional teams and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills; adept at mapping granular project details to broader dependencies, strategic opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Available to work on-site three days a week at our Elizabeth, NJ location.
