Establishes applicant sources for hourly positions by developing and maintaining various recruitment networks via college relations programs, recruitment advertising, career fairs, professional orgranizations and referral programs. Maintains hiring and selection records in compliance with external and internal requirements. Maintains applicant pools and records ensuring EEO/AAP compliance.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Professional accreditation strongly preferred.
Minimum Experience
One year related experience.
Interview Experience Preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding employment and general human resources practices. Knowledge of recruitment and applicant tracking systems, required. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. WorkDay experience preferred.
