Job_Summary:

Cast & Crew is a provider of entertainment technology and services, seeking a Transformation Data Analyst to support the Transformation Office. The analyst will manage dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting processes to facilitate data-driven decision-making and enhance transformation initiatives.


Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and detailed reports aligned with transformation goals, using Power BI, Tableau, Monday.com, or similar data visualization tools.

• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, including identifying data sources.

• Collect and analyze diverse data sources, identifying trends, and extracting insights to support business transformation efforts. Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for stakeholders.

• Creating and maintaining data models, data dictionaries, and documentation to ensure data integrity and consistency.

• Collaborate with engineers and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for reporting improvements, translating them into actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively.

• Identifying and resolving data quality issues, troubleshooting data discrepancies, and recommending solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and PMO tools. Collaborate to standardize best practices.


Qualifications:


-Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2-3+ years in project or data analysis, business intelligence, project/portfolio operations or PMO roles

• Strong experience with project-tracking tools, relevant programming languages, and data visualization tools, such as Excel, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Possess discretion and sensitivity towards confidential information

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions

• Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines


-Preferred:

• Degree in business analytics, computer science, mathematics or science preferred but not required
