We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Call Center Specialist with previous call center experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide top-notch service with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and resolve customer calls in a timely, courteous manner

Document interactions and follow up on open issues

Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of recent call center experience required

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer and data entry skills
