We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Automation Machine Projects. This position offers a great opportunity to expand your skills and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, innovative manufacturing environment. Your Duties

  • Lead the entire scope of a project from conceptualization to customer acceptance.
  • Create concepts, machine layouts, quotations and FMEA’s.
  • Manage the internal project team (Design, Controls Engineering, Mechanics and Electricians and SCM).
  • Conduct internal (FAT) and external (SAT) machine acceptances.
  • Project controlling (Budget, Milestones, Deadlines).
  • Address internally and externally driven project deviations and adjust schedules and budgets accordingly.
  • Coordinate Project meetings (Kick-off, Project strategy, Regular status meetings, customer meetings).


Your Profile

  • Technical education, preferably in engineering / automation / manufacturing / machine building.
  • 0-5 years of experience in an engineering / automation / manufacturing / machine building environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD desired.
  • Passion for challenging technical and commercial tasks.
  • Willingness for domestic and international business travel.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and suppliers.
  • Assertiveness, decision-making skills, and a willingness to take ownership.
