As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll design, prototype, and integrate systems to retrofit production vehicles with the hardware necessary for autonomous driving. You’ll work hands-on to bring advanced technology from concept to integration, ensuring seamless functionality and robust performance.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll design, prototype, and integrate systems to retrofit production vehicles with the hardware necessary for autonomous driving. You’ll work hands-on to bring advanced technology from concept to integration, ensuring seamless functionality and robust performance.
You Will
- Design and prototype mechanical systems to retrofit vehicles with sensors, computing hardware, and other autonomous components
- Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and systems teams to ensure smooth integration of technologies
- Hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of retrofitted vehicles
- Develop and iterate rapid prototypes to test new ideas and solutions
- Work in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines and performance targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and hands-on experience with mechanical integration
- Experience with prototyping, fabrication, and testing
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment and quickly adapt to new challenges
