Position Summary: We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Recruiter to join our hospitality team. In this fully onsite role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from identifying hiring needs to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and workforce planning goals.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (Paycom) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry developments to inform hiring strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and career expos.
  • Assist with offer negotiations and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to continuously improve recruitment practices and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Review candidates to evaluate if they meet the position requirements including the Predictive Index Assessment.
  • Develop relationships with college and high school hospitality programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policies
