What You’ll Do
- Drive Sales: Build and manage a pipeline of dispensary and retail accounts. Sell-in VENERA 1G jars and other AVA-distributed products.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term connections with buyers, budtenders, and store managers. Be a brand ambassador they trust.
- Hit Goals: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through account development, upselling, and territory growth.
- Report & Track: Log all sales activity, feedback, and forecasts in our CRM system. Stay sharp, stay accountable.
- Know the Product: Become an expert in the VENERA catalog—strain profiles, grow methods, product differences—and be able to speak with authority.
- Travel (if applicable): Visit accounts, host in-store pop-ups, and support on-site activations in your territory.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in cannabis, beverage, fashion, or lifestyle brand sales (bonus if in cannabis B2B).
- Real knowledge of exotic flower and the retail cannabis landscape.
- Strong communication and hustle—no corporate robots here.
- Self-starter mindset with ability to manage a territory independently.
- CRM experience (or willingness to learn).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if field sales).
