We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

As a Licensed Insurance Agent – Customer Service, you will assist clients with their insurance needs, answer inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will use your expertise to guide customers in understanding their policy options, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Review and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products or services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure compliance with all applicable insurance regulations and State Farm policies
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues
  
  

Requirements:

• Active Insurance License (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health, as applicable)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in insurance customer service or a similar role
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient with computers and customer management systems

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
