Weave’s go-to-market (GTM) engine depends on a tightly connected stack of marketing, sales and partner-technology. As our Marketing Business Systems Analyst you’ll translate campaign, demand-gen and channel requirements into scalable solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, Magentrix PRM, MindMatrix and Vitally. You’ll own day-to-day tactical execution and continuous improvement of these systems in partnership with department stakeholders and Product Mangers—driving data quality, automation and insight that help Marketing, Demand Generation and Partnerships teams to increase prospect demand needed to hit pipeline targets.

- This position will be hybrid based out of our Lehi, UT HQ
- Reports to: Sr Group Product Manager, Business Systems
- Execute Transformation needs to optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud—build journeys, Email Studio sends and multi-channel automations, ensuring flawless sync with CRM and campaign attribution.
- Shape our GTM systems roadmap with the PMs: translate growth objectives into epics, user stories and phased releases.
- Run business analysis & project delivery: gather requirements, write specs, coordinate configuration / integration work, execute UAT and cut-over.
- Manage partner-tech: configure Magentrix deal-registration, content & training flows and connect PartnerStack incentives to Salesforce for end-to-end visibility.
- Own data flow & integration: use templates to keep data moving between Marketing Cloud, CRM, ERP and PRM.
- Monitor system health: set dashboards/alerts for sync errors, campaign performance and pipeline hygiene; resolve issues rapidly.
- Enable users: create docs, host workshops and champion best practices that boost adoption and ROI.
- 2+ years in Marketing Systems, GTM Strategy/Ops, Marketing Ops or similar (SaaS preferred).
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
- Hands-on administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journeys, Email Studio, data extensions, FTP/API).
- Working knowledge of Sales Cloud objects, lead lifecycle and campaign attribution.
- Solid BA toolkit—process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT scripts.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with reports, Excel/SQL and troubleshooting data issues.
- Clear written & verbal communication; ability to translate between marketers and systems engineers/developers.
- Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Admin/Email Specialist, Admin, App Builder).
- Exposure to channel / affiliate programs and partner-portal workflows.
- Experience with Einstein GPT/Analytics, MindMatrix enablement or Vitally CS analytics.
- Agile / Jira proficiency and passion for continuous improvement.
