Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of components by liaising closely with global suppliers.
- Manage and maintain order books to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
- Use MRP systems to review, place, and manage purchase and works orders.
- Monitor and react to changing production needs, expediting materials as necessary.
- Identify and flag potential material shortages to the production team.
- Support stock level control in line with global guidelines.
- Handle component queries, perform stock adjustments, and manage daily admin tasks.
- Attend and contribute to weekly shortage meetings.
- Ability to stay calm and proactive in a fast-paced, changeable environment.
- High attention to detail with solid English and numeracy skills.
- Previous administration experience; experience with MRP systems is a plus.
