About Us

Our client is a growing construction firm specializing in ground-up multifamily developments throughout the Pacific Northwest. Their team is passionate about delivering high-quality, well-designed communities on time and within budget. They are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Spokane team and take the lead on multiple upcoming multifamily construction projects.

Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning through final delivery. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure each project is delivered with precision, safety, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of multifamily ground-up construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
  • Lead coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants during design and permitting phases
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking reports
  • Issue subcontracts, change orders, and ensure contract compliance
  • Supervise on-site construction activities through collaboration with site superintendent
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations
  • Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in multifamily or commercial construction
  • Proven experience with ground-up construction required
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling (MS Project or similar), and budgeting
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
