We're seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Behavior Technician to provide exceptional services to students. The Registered Behavior Technician(RBT) will work under the close and ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for students. The RBT will provide direct 1:1 therapy, collect data on student progress, and assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.

- Per Diem, $22-$27 per hour
- Providing individual evidence-based interventions and skill-building techniques to young children in a home or school setting.
- Managing and addressing challenging behaviors by following written behavior intervention plans.
- Documenting, managing, and organizing session notes using company assigned equipment, summarizing session activities and progress.
- Taking data on targeted skills and behaviors to track progress.
- Creating visuals and materials needed for activities in lesson plans.
- Assisting with parent or guardian education as needed.
- Conducting naturalistic observation of students within individual and group settings.
- Assisting to create simulated conditions, where you will observe the behavior of each student.
- Implementing treatment and tailoring interventions, as needed, under the direction of the BCBA.
- Adhering to ethical codes and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Strong observation and data collection skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and implement plans consistently.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and address challenging behaviors.
- Legally eligible to work in California.
- High School Diploma.
- Prior experience working with children.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable with travel within Los Angeles County, CA.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and any required certifications.
