Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to reach our target audience
- Create and design visually appealing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media posts, and promotional items
- Manage the organization's social media presence and regularly create engaging content to increase followers and engagement
- Assist in planning, promoting and coordinating events and community outreach programs
- Conduct market research and provide insights on current industry trends to help improve marketing strategies
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Maintain and update the organization's website with new content and information
- Perform routine administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing databases
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a non-profit organization or a related field
- A strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software
- Experience with managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
