Description of the role:

The Director of Operations for Home Care plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day functions of Sunlight Senior Care - Lincoln NE's home care division. This position involves managing operational processes, ensuring quality care delivery, and forging strong relationships with clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of home care staff.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards in the home care industry.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of operations to identify areas for improvement.

• Must have or had CNA / HHA license.
• Associates degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
