Position Overview
JVM Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our Occupational Health Clinic. This role requires a skilled professional who can manage multiple healthcare projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional occupational health services to our client organizations and their employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor all aspects of occupational health clinic operations including pre-employment screenings, workplace injury management, and preventive health programs
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans for clinic services
- Coordinate with medical staff, administrative personnel, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Serve as primary liaison with corporate clients regarding occupational health services
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinic operations
- Manage client contracts and ensure service level agreements are met consistently
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems for medical records, incident reports, and regulatory submissions
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including nurses, medical assistants, administrative staff, and support personnel
- Ensure continuing education and training requirements are met
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative work environment focused on patient safety and service excellence
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and service reviews
- Identify opportunities for and process improvements
- Handle client concerns and escalated issues in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and manage clinic budgets, including staffing, equipment, and operational expenses
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures as needed
- Prepare regular financial reports and variance analyses for senior management
- Ensure all clinic operations comply with NASA, OSHA, CDC, and other relevant healthcare regulations
- Support other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, or a related field
- 5+ years of a combination of clinical and/or occupational medicine experience, within the last 2 years
- Possess and maintain American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong knowledge of healthcare information systems and electronic health records
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with occupational health regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer service orientation with ability to build and maintain client relationships
