Comfort Temp Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support and enhance our human resources operations across all divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about people, process, and performance.
As the HR Administrator, you will manage employee records, assist with benefits administration, ensure onboarding excellence, and contribute to compliance efforts. You'll work closely with the HR Director and play a vital role in supporting the employee experience across our growing organization.

Job Summary
Comfort Temp Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support and enhance our human resources operations across all divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about people, process, and performance.
As the HR Administrator, you will manage employee records, assist with benefits administration, ensure onboarding excellence, and contribute to compliance efforts. You'll work closely with the HR Director and play a vital role in supporting the employee experience across our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for all Comfort Temp Company divisions.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), FMLA, and other leave policies.
- Serve as the point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers, offering timely and professional support.
- Coordinate and manage the new hire onboarding process, ensuring proper documentation and a welcoming experience.
- Support recruitment activities such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with background and reference checks.
- Track employee training and certification requirements and coordinate training events.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
- Maintain and update HRIS and other databases; assist with reporting and data analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR Director on projects related to employee engagement, culture, and process improvement.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist capacity.
- Understanding of employment law and HR compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and grow within the role.
