Job Title: Client Services Receptionist
Location: Principles Recovery Center & Adolescent Wellness Academy – Davie, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: Based on experience
Must-Have Qualifications
The Client Services Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and families and plays a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience. You'll support front desk operations, client communication, and scheduling while ensuring smooth coordination between clients, clinical staff, and operations.

Location: Principles Recovery Center & Adolescent Wellness Academy – Davie, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: Based on experience
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings
- Familiarity with PHP/IOP program structure and client flow
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with phones, documentation, and digital systems (Google Workspace, etc.)
- Professional, reliable, and organized in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, check voicemails, and route calls and messages appropriately
- Track client attendance and assist with documentation uploads
- Support scheduling for UA tests, assessments, and intakes
- Keep lobby and front desk area clean, stocked, and organized
- Communicate with clinical and operations teams about client needs and logistics
