We’re seeking a Sales Operation Analyst to support and optimize our revenue engine, with a heavy focus on our HubSpot CRM ecosystem.
About The Role
As a Sales Operation Analyst you will administer HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, maintain CRM data quality, design workflows and automation, and build reports to support data-driven decisions. They will also maintain integrations and provide training to teams.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary administrator for our HubSpot platform across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. Lead all configurations, updates, and optimizations.
- Conduct regular audits, maintain CRM data quality, and ensure the integrity of reports and dashboards.
- Design and maintain workflows, sequences, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and automation to improve efficiency and conversion.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to understand operational needs and implement scalable solutions in HubSpot and other RevOps tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decision-making across revenue teams.
- Manage and improve integrations between HubSpot and related RevTech tools
- Maintain clear process documentation and provide training to ensure teams use systems effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, automation, and accuracy throughout the revenue lifecycle.
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations—preferably in a SaaS or tech-forward company.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
- Strong understanding of CRM administration including lifecycle stage management, property creation, sequences, automation, lists, and reporting.
- Experience with HubSpot Solution Partner environments is a major plus.
- Familiarity with additional RevOps tools that enable AI compatibility
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- A passion for process improvement, data accuracy, and clean, scalable systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable explaining technical details to non-technical teams.
- A continuous learning mindset—proactively keeps up with new HubSpot features and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile or fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with or administering Subscription Management platforms.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS revenue funnels and performance metrics
