Job Description:We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Automotive Title Clerk to manage the preparation, processing, and filing of vehicle titles and related documents. This role is essential to ensure compliance with DMV regulations and smooth transactions for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork
Submit documents to the DMV and other regulatory agencies accurately and on time
Maintain accurate records of all title transactions
Coordinate with sales, finance, and insurance departments to ensure timely documentation
Resolve title discrepancies and follow up on missing or delayed paperwork
Communicate with customers, dealerships, and state agencies regarding title status
Stay updated on DMV rules, regulations, and processes
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in automotive paperwork processing preferred
Knowledge of DMV regulations and vehicle title processes is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
