The Marketing and Communications Director will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategies, campaign execution, brand management, budget oversight, market analysis, graphic design direction, search engine optimization and website content. This position will work closely with the sales team and executive leadership to align marketing strategies with company goals.

- Leverage data, market research, and analytics to guide strategic decisions and measure performance across all channels.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and sales to ensure marketing initiatives align with core business priorities.
- Define and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive demand generation, customer engagement, and long-term brand growth.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Use a scientific approach to test, measure, and optimize marketing tactics, channels, and messaging.
- Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting to track ROI and continuously refine strategy.
- Translate customer insights and behavioral data into compelling campaigns and personalized marketing experiences.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing marketing team focused on strategic thinking, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to grow team capabilities and encourage professional advancement.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and curiosity.
- Brand Strategy & Content Leadership
- Serve as the steward of the brand, ensuring clarity, consistency, and resonance across all touchpoints.
- Lead development of integrated content strategies that align with customer journeys, sales enablement, and thought leadership.
- Oversee creative direction, messaging, and visual identity to differentiate the brand in the market.
- Campaign & Channel Optimization
- Guide end-to-end planning and performance of multi-channel campaigns including digital, email, social media, PR, and events.
- Oversee website strategy, SEO, and conversion optimization to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Manage vendor and agency partnerships to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency.
- Approve marketing campaigns and evaluate ROI for continuous optimization.
- Budget & Resource Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget with a focus on maximizing ROI and aligning resources with high-impact initiatives.
- Ensure strategic allocation of resources across campaigns, channels, and team functions.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay ahead of marketing technology trends and adopt tools that improve efficiency, personalization, and reporting.
- Design & Digital Media Management
- Oversee the development of all graphic design projects, including sales sheets, brochures, and other printed materials.
- Oversee the company website, ensuring optimal UX/UI and SEO.
- Direct content creation across social media platforms to build audience engagement.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), WordPress, and professional design tools
- Communications & Public Relations
- Develop press releases, newsletter content, and internal communications.
- Coordinate media opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage crisis communication plans and brand reputation initiatives
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in marketing or business development.
- Skills: strategic marketing, campaign execution, digital design, social media design, Microsoft Office, project management, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- A creative thinker who can balance innovation with practical execution.
- Collaborative partner with a clear, compelling communication style.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect marketing efforts to enterprise goals
- The Marketing and Communications Manager will report directly to VP, Business Solutions
