Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and various departments to address customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
