Summary
The Manager, Partnership Insights will develop partner acquisition, retention, and upsell strategies while guiding the deal development process and managing partnership asset inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Manager, Partnership Insights will develop partner acquisition, retention, and upsell strategies while guiding the deal development process and managing partnership asset inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage partnership inventory & deal lifecycle
- Work closely with Partnerships team and partner, starting with the early stages of the pitch process, to identify the business objectives and KPIs of a prospective partner and develop a holistic partnership plan that achieves goals for the organization and partner while guiding storytelling strategies
- Manage the partnership deal development process, ensuring inventory is available and included appropriately across categories, that deals are consistent with internal partnership strategies and legal requirements, and that the organization is ahead of key option, renewal, and other milestone dates
- Act as liaison with the Legal and Partnerships departments to ensure efficient deal and contract flow
- Drive partnership growth and retention opportunities
- Regularly advise Partnership sales team on inventory prioritization, ensuring consistent visibility into high-value and high-availability inventory and pipeline progress
- Develop lead identification, generation, and prioritization strategies and processes, working with Partnerships, BI, Digital, and other teams to execute and systematize
- Stay current regarding trending brand-asset pairings and impactful activations across the NFL, local sports properties, and other peer markets
- Work with Partnerships and BI teams to ensure optimization and consistency in partner storytelling and data provision
- Guide BI team to enhance Partnership reporting
- Contribute to inventory valuation optimization, collaborating closely with the BI team
- Help identify and create new partnership assets to drive new revenue
- Develop full-funnel partner marketing strategies
- Develop feedback systems to regularly monitor partner satisfaction and opportunities to enhance partnership value
- CRM Utilization & Optimization
- Own and manage the Partnership asset inventory inside of the CRM to maximize the optimization and utilization of assets to drive incremental revenue.
- Ensure Partnerships team CRM data entry and system utilization
- Work with Partnerships and BI team to develop recommendations to optimize CRM configuration, reporting, processes, and automations that enable Partnerships team KPI growth and workflow efficiency
- Proven experience (2+ years) with Partnership inventory management (experience leveraging KORE’s Partnerships Inventory module preferred)
- Proven experience contributing to partnership growth strategies
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Proficient in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred), inventory management (KORE preferred), project management (Microsoft Planner preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, mathematical field or related
- Prior sports experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strategic thinking, proactive approach & problem-solving abilities to drive partner retention and acquisition
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
