Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company dump trucks to haul materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, and debris to and from job sites
- Maintain compliance with all DOT, state, and company safety regulations and procedures
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness
- Load and unload materials while adhering to proper safety and weight distribution guidelines
- Coordinate with job site managers, dispatch, and field teams for timely deliveries
- Keep accurate driver logs and delivery records
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles
- Promote and uphold 360 Services of VA's safety and operational standards
- Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating dump trucks in a construction or infrastructure environment
- Familiarity with local and state transportation regulations
- Ability to safely maneuver vehicles in tight construction sites and public roadways
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to assist with general labor when needed on-site
- Must pass a DOT drug screening and background check
