Marketing Analyst

The Marketing Analyst at Aqua-Chem supports strategic growth through data-driven insights, report generation, and Salesforce data integrity. This role manages analytics, monitors trends, and aids in campaign execution to enhance sales forecasting, streamline operations, and support customer retention.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Knoxville, TN; Onsite

Pay Range: Dependent on Experience

Essential Duties:

• Generate monthly and weekly sales and marketing reports to facilitate data analysis and improve sales forecasting
• Salesforce data integrity champion- coordinate with sales team to update review data and improve the accuracy and reliability of our sale pipeline.
• Identify errors and implement strategies to clean up our database.
• Responsible for providing a weekly report to Sales, Engineering and PMs of Hot List projects and any changes, such as orders lost, NOIs, etc.
• Data analysis projects to include analysis of Salesforce data to support our Customer for Life philosophy through implementing marketing automation campaigns and identifying trends for opportunities for sales growth of the aftermarket and services to our existing customer base.
• Perform target market research and identify potential new business targets and their Key Decision Makers.
• Sales & Marketing Documents Control- maintain an organized catalog of sales documents (PDF, PPT, Excel Spreadsheets, Etc.) and make sure everyone is using the most up-to-date version. Assist with creating sales and product presentations, sales proposals and online content as needed.
• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
• Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
• Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
• Manage the timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
• Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
• Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
  
  

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or other related field is preferred
• 1-3 years experience in Business Analytics or Marketing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, and SalesForce preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
