- Conduct workstation analysis for loading, productivity and ergonomics.
- Work with Production Teams to understand constraints and develop plans to remedy.
- Manage off-standard labor.
- Track and determine next steps in correcting condition.
- Understanding of manpower planning and Required -To-Operate (RTO).
