Job Overview:

Manage Client Services' daily operations, including both customer-facing and back-office functions, ensuring exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing Team Leaders to effectively manage their team's performance and develop their team members, as well as serving as Vendor Relationship Owner for various Client Services vendors. Ensure the Client Services department adheres to corporate policies, procedures, and compliance standards, as well as regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and employee development through coaching, huddles, side-by-side assistance and training. Execute management activities, including but not limited to, performance appraisals, interviews and talent selection, productivity monitoring, developmental discussions, and disciplinary actions. Provide reward and recognition to employees. Ensure the technical training and development of team members. Provide one-on-one performance feedback on a regular basis, as well as semi-annual performance reviews. Lead team in providing quality service to internal and external customers. Manage the daily activities, schedules, and goal/performance operational objectives of the team specific to a given functional area. (25%)
  • Manage daily operations to ensure operational targets are met. Responsibilities include continually tracking goal achievement and using KPI's to measure progress and steer towards implementation. Responsibilities also include strategically staffing, scheduling, and assigning workload within assigned departmental areas. (25%)
  • Develop and define a realistic and comprehensive strategy for his/her own area of responsibility including but not limited to digital initiatives directly impacting their space. (20%)
  • Ensure department is functioning within the parameters of all documented corporate policies and procedures and internal assessments are performed to ensure compliance, while also ensuring annual core control audits and regulatory testing are completed in accordance with regulatory requirements. (10%)
  • Vendor Management including performance and compliance. (5%)
  • Represent MBFS in arbitration, litigation, and various legal settlement arrangements. (5%)

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

  • Business-General: 5 years
  • Customer Service: 2 years
  • Management: 2 years

Education:

High School Diploma/(GED) Is Required, Bachelor's Degree Is Preferred.

Additional Knowledge:

  • 1 year of Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACT Act)., Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and other regulatory agency governances preferred.
