Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Multimedia Design Intern with a focus on Video, Motion & Digital Media to join our team. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital storytelling, video editing, social media visuals, and content creation. The role will work closely with the Executive Vice President, contributing to high-impact projects and content development that supports branding, marketing, and internal initiatives. This is a hybrid internship position. While most work can be completed remotely, in-office attendance will be required as often as requested by the Vice President. This may include several or many days throughout the work week, depending on project needs, collaboration requirements, or company priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and editing of multimedia content including videos, animations, podcasts, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the VP on multimedia projects and internal presentations.
  • Support the graphic designer in creating content for social media, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and visual standards.
  • Help produce and edit video content for internal and external use.
  • Assist in developing creative assets for marketing campaigns, events, and company announcements.
  • Help manage and organize multimedia content libraries.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and creative development sessions.
  • Participate in the planning and production of occasional podcast or webinar content.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Multimedia Design, Motion Media, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics creation.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to take feedback and revise work as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to be on-site at the company office when requested.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with audio editing and podcast production.
  • Knowledge of animation techniques and tools.
  • Comfort using project management tools
  • Basic photography or videography skills are a plus.
