- The Nurse practices independently within a similar clinical setting, providing routine and complex care, and managing long-term goals.
- Demonstrates awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations, delegates appropriately, and handles clinical contingencies.
- Meets core competencies, uses the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, and administers medications following protocols.
- Documents patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care activities, and provides education to patients and families.
- Requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience (preferred), current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
- New hires must complete orientation and competency validation; experienced nurses have credential grace periods.
- Work is per diem, PRN, as needed, with no more than 950 characters.
