What You'll Do

• Build decks and outdoor structures with precision and pride
• Interpret basic plans, problem-solve on the go, and bring ideas to life
• Use hand tools and power equipment safely and skillfully
• Collaborate with a small, capable crew that has each other’s backs
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of construction or carpentry experience (deck experience = big bonus)
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors in various weather
• Reliable, respectful, and ready to grow
  
  

What You’ll Get
