The Early Childhood Project Facilitator will develop and implement systems to convene meetings, regularly communicate with all stake holders, document progress of planning activities and project implementation.
Pay: $30-32.50/hour

- Coordinates calendars with project partners and team members to schedule all meetings.
- Assist with recruitment, selection, and support of prospective educators to participate in the Family Childcare Success Project.
- Prepares meeting agendas in consultation with the Project Director.
- Attends all grant-related meetings.
- Takes and circulates meeting minutes for all grant related meetings, tracks related action items, and conducts follow-up with responsible parties in a timely fashion, as needed
- Manages the project workplan.
- Compiles and shares information among project partners and team members.
- Seeks regular updates from stakeholders on project activities and responds to data and information requests in a timely manner.
- Supports the management of grant reports and applications in compliance with deadlines under the direction of the Project Director and Grants Manager (Seven Hills Development Manager).
- Supports the Project Director to effectively serve as the project’s spokesperson.
Education & Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Must meet one of the following: EEC Lead Teacher, CDA, NAFCC credential, or related qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) oral and written communication skills required
- Experience with family childcare business operations, curriculum development, and providing technical assistance on Early Education and Care regulations and documentation
- Ability to present information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated interest in community building
- Strong organizational and planning skills for balancing multiple projects and responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Zoom, preferred
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, community stakeholders, and others.
- A valid Massachusetts driver's license and access to a motor vehicle.
