Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
- Record vital signs, review patient medical histories, and update information in the EMR system
- Document patient communications and electronically prescribe medications under physician supervision
- Act as a liaison between patients and providers, ensuring clear and compassionate communication
- Prepare, stock, and sanitize exam rooms and equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Respond to patient inquiries and assist with scheduling appointments, surgeries, and referrals
- Follow up on test results, medication authorizations, and post-operative care instructions
- Assist physicians with in-office procedures as needed
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Office Supervisor

Requirements
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- At least 6 months of experience in a medical office setting
- Prior surgical experience preferred.
