This dynamic role calls for a meticulous and passionate editor to ensure the quality and consistency of agent-facing content. You will collaborate with Technical Writers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to edit, proofread, and publish various content formats. Your expertise will be essential in transforming existing content into a reusable, structured format, optimizing its accessibility and impact.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content within established deadlines.
- Review and edit written content for grammar, spelling, accuracy, clarity, consistency, and style adherence.
- Restructure existing content into a reusable, component-based format.
- Audit and edit existing content to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- 2+ years of editing experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Editorial, English, or a related field with 4+ years of experience
- Microsoft Office
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Sound judgment and proactive communication
- Experience editing content according to style guidelines
- Advanced English language proficiency (minimum C1 level)
- Experience working with reusable content
