The Corporate Human Resources Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to Inter-Con’s corporate office employees. The HR Office Clerk role is responsible for maintaining personnel files, managing employee recognition programs, assisting with internal HR events, and supporting general HR operations and compliance processes.

Job Summary
The Corporate Human Resources Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to Inter-Con’s corporate office employees. The HR Office Clerk role is responsible for maintaining personnel files, managing employee recognition programs, assisting with internal HR events, and supporting general HR operations and compliance processes.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing employee documents and records.
- Maintain and audit personnel files to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Process employment verifications and prepare various employee-related documents as needed.
- Own and manage the company Service Milestone Awards Program, including tracking milestones, creating and distributing awards, and notifying managers of upcoming recognitions.
- Manage the Employee of the Month Program, including nomination coordination, selection processes, and communication of winners.
- Assist the Director of HR with planning, coordinating, and facilitating corporate employee events (e.g., quarterly events, car washes), including setup, breakdown, logistics, and communication.
- Support special projects and other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
- Use individual discretion to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or business administration is a plus.
- 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a Human Resources environment.
- Highly Proficient with MS software including Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Canva experience is a plus.
- Paycom experience a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with co-workers, internal and external customers, and senior management.
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Office environment with standard business hours.
- Occasional lifting of files or materials (up to 20 lbs.).
- May involve sitting or standing for extended periods.
