We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our mental health team, responsible for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions across all ages, including children and adults.
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using medication and therapy.
- Manage medications and monitor patient progress for safety and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with medical staff, therapists, and case managers to create holistic care plans.
- Engage in professional development to stay current in psychiatric practices.
- Qualifications include strong psychiatric knowledge, experience with documentation, and effective communication skills. Experience with developmental disabilities, addiction counseling, or pediatric psychiatry is a plus. Must be able to commute to Denton, TX, and have prior experience.
