This is a full time ON-SITE role located in Carlsbad, CA.
Primary Responsibilities
Continuing Life supports 6 operating Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) across California. Continuing Life provides a one-stop solution that includes specialized, experienced personnel and IT systems for running and managing the community. Through our talent development review program, we strive to make sure our employees are reaching their goals and working in the role they enjoy. Primary Responsibilities
- Support sales/marketing initiatives and performance tracking.
- Maintain and update key platforms such as Salesforce
- Develop and manage performance analysis reports and data visualization dashboards using Excel, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Tableau.
- Organize and analyze marketing data from multiple sources to identify areas to optimize campaigns and business processes.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including PowerPoint presentations, Canva graphics, and other internal materials.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience with Smartsheet and Tableau
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
