Job Description
A Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in executing strategies, conducting research, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced and artistic environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends
Support the creation of promotional materials and content
Help manage and track project timelines and deliverables
Coordinate internal communications and marketing calendars
Collaborate with designers, writers, and external vendors
Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with design or content platforms is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp)
