Key Qualifications
Create training materials to train users and Train the Trainer, being open for creativity in your delivery. (e.g. videos, slide decks, other tools).
Create & maintain user guide for the application as well as new features in every release.
Create demo videos for applications such as new features, etc.
Identify opportunities for change and discuss with engineering team for continuous improvements
Provide support for business teams as needed.
Facilitate Office Hours for business tenants to provide educational sessions on specific features.
Work with the business to identify their data model, vocabularies and collaborate with engineering teams so that can be translated to a working model. Business analyst with technical background. Ability to write business requirements. Understand technical stack. Exp with Technical Writing. Exp in Agile Project Management
Salary Range: $58,600-$109,700 a year
