Facility: Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center

Location: Lakeland, FL

Salary: Up to $40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Full-Time, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Summary:

Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Supervisor to join our evening leadership team. In this role, you will help oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to evaluate and manage the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department.
• Ensure nursing staff adhere to their job descriptions and maintain a cohesive, efficient team environment.
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections to support regulatory compliance.
• Conduct daily rounds to assess care delivery and ensure adherence to nursing standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active RN License in the State of Florida (required).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care; prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and support your team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and resident-centered care.
