Key responsibilities include partnering with healthcare teams for holistic care, engaging in professional development, and monitoring patient progress.
Required skills include strong psychiatric knowledge, effective communication, proficiency in medical documentation, and experience working with diverse populations. Familiarity with developmental disabilities and addiction counseling is preferred.
