Essential Functions
- Serve as organization's primary Human Resource Information System (HRIS) subject matter expert by creating, maintaining, and updating framework for employee records.
- Monitor organization attendance by reporting data, information, and trends to management and supervisors associated with absenteeism, tardiness, PTO, leave, work hours, etc.
- Analyze employment-related data and prepare reports.
- Lead and assist with special HR projects associated with HRIS reporting, data entry, and electronic filing.
- Provide assistance and training to employees with HRIS functionality such as punches, PTO, and leave management.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using HRIS software.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing HRIS features, functions, and automation.
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment as needed, including creating positions, posting requisitions, and assisting with onboarding and orientation.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations as necessary.
- Maintain current knowledge of labor and employment law, regulations, rules, and best practices.
- Assist with payroll, leave, and accommodation processing, documentation, and consideration as necessary.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge and proficiency of Paycom HRIS
- Experience working with Paycom representatives to complete special projects and execute leadership initiatives
- 3 years of administrative HR experience required
- Intermediate knowledge of local, state, and federal labor and employment law
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
