The experienced Nurse practices independently within a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while developing long-term plans.
- Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care per standards, addressing emotional, social, and cultural needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, documenting care, and educating patients and families.
- The role requires meeting competency expectations related to self, others, or leadership.
- Preferred qualifications include a BSN and at least one year of relevant experience.
- Necessary certifications include BLS and RN licensure in the state or a compact license.
- Work schedule is from 7AM to 7PM, full-time.
