Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate-2nd Shift at our Fontana, CA location!

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 per hour. The core hours are 4:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse Associate role responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

In This Function, You Will

• Unload and unpack shipments of products safely and efficiently.
• Inspect incoming product for damages and verify quantities against shipping documents.
• Report discrepancies such as damages or shortages to the appropriate personnel.
• Match shipments to purchase orders (POs), stock transfer orders (STOs), and advanced shipping notices (ASNs).
• Enter receiving data accurately into the company's warehouse management system (Manhattan WMS).
• Prepare and organize stock for put-away and storage.
• Identify and process noncomforming products according to company procedures.
• Verify packaging and labeling to ensure compliance with order specifications.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree) from an accredited institution.
• Must have a Minimum Of 6 months of experience operating a Order Picker OR Reach Truck.
• Must have prior experience in shipping,receiving, or selling related products.
• Myst have basic computer skills and the ability to operate an RF scanner.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefits are being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50 mile radius of Fontana, CA will be considered. Active-Duty service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior forklift certification
• Prior experience with the following software's: Manhattan WMS, SAP

• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be detail-orientated and have the ability to focus on tasks at hand.
• Must have familarity with warehouse safety procedures and be able to adhere to safety, quality, productivity, and 5s standards.
• Must be responsive to internal and external customer requests.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to work specific shift hours and have flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.
