The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$153,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Experience in closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages, and leveraging experience with competing for top tech talent.
- Ability to handle client relationship management, provide strong consultative skills and work in a large-team environment.
- Ability to solve complex problems and deliver significant impact as an individual contributor.
- Ability to track personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, with attention to details.
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.

Responsibilities
- Operate as a full-lifecycle recruiter, own and deliver Software Engineering (SWE) hiring and related programs.
- Provide a high-touch experience for every individual from application stage to offer, evaluate skill level, drive the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, conferences, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging and partnering with executive management, and other groups as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with staffing and business stakeholders, across all levels of management, report on hiring effectiveness and progress.
