The local home office provides quick support to our associates. Our therapy teams succeed through patient tailored treatments, flexible scheduling, and effective communication to meet the individualized goals of each patient.

- Cresco and New Hampton, IA, for the Skilled Nursing setting
- Waterloo, IA, for the Skilled Nursing setting and some home visits
- Fort Dodge, IA for the Outpatient setting
- Eagle Grove, IA for the Outpatient setting
- Iowa Falls, IA for the Skilled Nursing setting
- Cedar Rapids, IA for the Skilled Nursing setting

- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and Professional Licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred.
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Utilizes effective time management skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Physical Therapist provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
- Supervises other licensed physical therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required. Some programs with two or more physical therapists/assistants may provide additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Participates in the clinical team process.
- Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff.
- Involvement in clinical program development
