Pay Range: $28.00 - $28.50/hour
Description:
- Seeking a professional, dependable Office Assistant/Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support daily administrative functions. This individual will serve as the first point of contact and represent the company with professionalism and poise.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and employees
Answer phones and route calls
Manage calendars, mail, and office supplies
Assist with administrative tasks and interdepartmental coordination
Drive within a 1-mile radius as needed for office tasks
Required Skills:
Strong vocabulary and professional communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
Punctual, dependable, and adaptable to changing tasks
Maintains confidentiality and a presentable, professional demeanor
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
