Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in materials management with mechanical suppliers.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 2 years of experience in commodity management with ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience manipulating data with sheets/spreadsheet software.
- Experience in CTB (clear to build), managing supplier forecasts, subcomponent reporting, and split adherence within global supply chain with excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Review supplier demand and supply commits and manage global shortages and mitigate future shortages.
- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) mechanical demand needs streamlining communication and ensuring demand requirements are met.
- Lead the identification and resolution of supplier capacity constraints, collaborating with Global Commodity Managers (GCMs) to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Work with suppliers to review on time delivery and create improvement plans as required.
