Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in materials management with mechanical suppliers.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 2 years of experience in commodity management with ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience manipulating data with sheets/spreadsheet software.
  • Experience in CTB (clear to build), managing supplier forecasts, subcomponent reporting, and split adherence within global supply chain with excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Review supplier demand and supply commits and manage global shortages and mitigate future shortages.
  • Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) mechanical demand needs streamlining communication and ensuring demand requirements are met.
  • Lead the identification and resolution of supplier capacity constraints, collaborating with Global Commodity Managers (GCMs) to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Work with suppliers to review on time delivery and create improvement plans as required.
