- Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts, supporting senior account managers
- Assist in preparing client proposals, reports, and presentations
- Monitor project progress and collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Track client feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns
- Maintain accurate account records and update CRM systems regularly
- Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes for follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
