Hourly + Overtime; 40-60 hours/week

Role Overview

As a Lead Commercial Roofing Technician, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and executing roofing repairs and maintenance projects on job sites. This position combines hands-on technical skills with leadership, while overseeing roofing projects from start to finish. Your work will directly impact the client experience, and you'll have the opportunity to further develop your leadership and technical expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead commercial roofing projects, managing daily tasks, and ensuring projects stay on track and meet client expectations.
• Roofing Services & Repairs: Identify and repair a range of roof issues, including leaks, flashing, membrane issues, and more. Perform tasks such as tear-offs, insulation installation, welding, and flashing installation.
• Client Interaction & Proposals: Develop strong client relationships by submitting proposals for additional work, identifying potential service opportunities, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
• Documentation & Reporting: Document service activities, upload photos and reports to the company’s internal systems, and maintain accurate timesheets. Vehicle & Equipment Management: Conduct regular inspections of company vehicles and equipment, ensuring everything is in optimal working order.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with OSHA safety regulations and manufacturer specifications, maintaining a high standard of safety on every job site.
  
  

Who Are We Looking For?

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience with a deep understanding of commercial roofing systems.
• Strong communication skills to manage both client relationships and team coordination effectively.
• Experienced with mobile apps for service documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to obtain any required OSHA certifications or additional training.
• Ability to work weekends or after-hours to meet project demands.
