What’s the job?
As an Onboarding Specialist at Lofty, you will be the first point of contact for new clients after the sale is closed. You’ll lead them through the onboarding journey—setting up their accounts, training them on our tools, and ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value of our platform. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that sets the tone for long-term success.
You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in-office five days a week to build momentum, meet your teammates, and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week—giving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.
What's the earning potential ($$$)?
First-year earnings? The role offers a base salary of $55,000–$58,000, plus eligibility for a 20% performance bonus. Bring your best, and there’s real potential to earn more—it’s a great way to turn great work into real rewards!

- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through account setup, data migration, and initial configuration.
- Training & Education: Deliver engaging training sessions via Zoom or Teams and provide educational materials tailored to each client.
- Customization: Work with clients to tailor the platform to their unique workflows and goals.
- Documentation: Maintain and create resources that support the client onboarding journey.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues that arise during onboarding, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication.
- Client Success Focus: Act as the main point of contact during onboarding, addressing questions, concerns, and escalation needs.
- Webinars & Meetings: Host onboarding webinars and one-on-one sessions to support adoption and engagement.

Requirements
What are we looking for?
- 1–3 years of experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Prior experience in SaaS onboarding or client success preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Customer-first mindset and passion for helping others succeed
- Technically savvy with proficiency in Zoom, Teams, and CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with strong grammar and proofreading abilities
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
